My stay at The Steuart By Citrus had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Colombo near bustling bars and restaurants. However, the room I received was quite large but lacked windows, making it feel a bit dark. The dining experience was disappointing compared to other meals I had in Sri Lanka, especially with the added service surcharge.
